cant say I know of any for most ignitions ie: CH I run NiMH on all of mine without any problems.

I can tell you that an airwild hoobies ignition cant handle a 6.0v NiMH vattery because at full charge they are close to 7v and they cant handle that... most anyone else can handle it nps.
