There are more good ones than bad out there. Great to hear a story like your's; too many times a flyer would complain about having to only pay S/H. I've had great service from Tower when spare props or canopy arrived damaged. With a POLITE call, replacements were on the way. I can only imagine some of the rantings a customer service dept. has to put up with.
