Default .32 in buggy

It is almost time to replace my engine on my Turmoil (which has been converted to a truggy). It has the .26 right now, and I wont more of a *grunt* and *umph* off the line and during high speeds. My budget is around $100-$175, and saw the Sure Fire .32. I read the review on RCU, and it seemed like it did pretty well in a Savage. My Turmoil has a locked center diff (put RTV Silicone in there) and has stock gearing (13t cb). I am using the Nova Aluminum Clutch Shoes. Is a .32 engine a good powerplant for the trug, or is it too strong? Thanks.
