Here are a couple of pictures of my corsair:






I've replaced the fiberglass gear doors with thick carved balsa. I didn't like the finish that I got with the originals. I have also ordered a retractable tailwheel, and will dig into the tail when that arrives.

I'm planning on a RCV .90 and glassing it per Joe Huntley's instruction on his website:

I'm planning on finishing it to represent M.O. Chance's Bu 530 of VMF-312. This is the first airplane in this picture:

The Confederate Air Force repainted their corsair to resemble this same plane. It can be seen in this picture:
