the DTX18 is a ABN type engine bein that is has a brass sleeve, alloy piston and nickel sleeve coating. I believe this is the engine u are refering to as u have a evader. The nickel wears rather quick and is no where near as strong as a chrome coated sleeve. I believe that u will never get a bigger life out of a ABN engine than a ABC engine. If u have the cash once this engine runs out(hopefully 5 to 6 galls) then the best engine for you would be the OS18cvrx. Its a gun of a engine and u cannot keep the wheels planted on the ground lol.
