Default RE: Edge 540 25 as second plane?

Small planes are very snappy. I like them for that reason. Your big 60 size trainer is lathargic in comparison giving you a lot of time to recover and think through a manouver. The small plane like that edge will do 5 aileron roles in the time it takes to do one with your trainer. If you are flying wide open with that Edge and snap the elevator stick back expecting a loop I bet it would just do a snap roll ending in a downward spiral. Are you ready for that? If so, and you may be, go for it. The plane is cheap but I am sure it requires mini or even micro servos and you will find them more expensive than your standard servos. The extra cost of the servos plus that plane would buy a nice 60 size sport plane that you could just transfer the gear out of your trainer. I would recomend the Hangar 9 Ultra Stick 60 as it will be a very capable fun to fly plane that lands like a trainer. Here is a link.
