WM Cub Done
You guys asked my to post a quick review of my new WM Cub (71" span) build, so here it goes.
Overall this is a great ARF. It’s a great value, complete, and easy to build. I did find a few quality issues, such as holes that were not drilled, and the covering, which just needed some shrinking.
I tried to keep things on the inexpensive side going with Tower 3000 standard servos all around, and a Tower .46BB 2-cycle motor. Everything considered, this model is less than $300.
As you can see this is a great looking model. It looks and feels solid, one of the best ARFs I’ve ever put together.
I’ve not maidened this yet, still waiting for that windless day which is few and far between in Northern Virginia. I’ll let you know how that goes.
Enjoy.
