I think I can answer this. My TC31 has a one way bearing that my tiger drive engages, but that bearing is the same bearing that would be used if I was gonna use a pull starter. In my case I would like to get rid of all of that and just run a belt drive, so there would be no one way bearing. As far as I can tell thats what chuck was saying
