This brings up a question, what exactly are the advantages to a 2 blade prop verses a 3 or 4 blade? Thrust? Speed? Both?
yes, yes and yes...concur with gg's comments above...it's got a lot to do with rpms and prop efficiency...everything else being equal (prop size, motor, battery, etc), a motor will turn a 2 bladed prop at higher rpm than a 3 or 4...current (amp draw) will increase as the motor works harder trying to spin the 3-4 bladed prop to the same rpm as the 2 blader...even with an extra blade or two, if the prop isn't spinning fast enough, the benefits sought are not derived...3 and 4 bladed props are also more prone to breakage on belly landers...they sure look cool though...
