it seems to me hes going to have to do a lot of work to make this work if it were me id forget it and buy a marine motor for it there are plenty out there and some great deals to be had if you look arround .try ebay theres usually lots on there ive had some real bargains.if you can ,get one with a recoil starter heres a buggy engine ,ive seen these used in boats a lot as long as they are run above the hatch of a boat they get enough air ,say in the wildthing ive seen them used in similar boats to that.a small boat will scream with this engine id say.
