Hey flap just curious I use a lot of Hitec connectors and have not seen the tab or clet on them. Futaba does and if you want to plug a Futaba servo connector into a Hitec you have to cut off the tab or clet and bevel two of the corners. Also which connector has the + amd - power leads reversed I forget now JR or Airtronics that you have to watch out for. I intermix a lot of Futaba and Hitec servos and receivers and have modified the Futaba connectors so they fit into the Hitec connectors. (They are beginning to standardize the connectors, the newer Hitec recivers will take a Futaba servo connector withou modifing it It has the slot built into the recepicle on the reciever so it will take either Futaba type or the Hitec/JR connector)
