Yes you can make your own conversion if you have the right tools, machines and the know how. All so keep in mind you will need a different flywheel and clutch set up and exhaust. If you are going to drill your chassis make sure you keep everything in line and parallel. What brand alloy differential housings do you have? Well guess you will have more in the MT then you would a new Savage as all the pars I was talking about not counting the engine, pipe, flywheel, clutch, has to be around $200 or more.
