I purchased a P-51 140size from you. Actually this is for all the upset customers. I have gad nothing but a good experience. I ordered it the weekend of Christmas. I tried to buy a P-40E 140size however it was out of stock. I received an E-mail Dec. 26 that the P-51 will be sent. FedEx did not pick up the box untill the 28th. I could have blamed AKM for sending it late, but the tracking information showed otherwise. I found that when I was in retail sales, when a customer is wrong and "bashing"you, human reaction is to defend yourself. I agree don't say a customer is wrong all the time. However in the two (three) people's posts, I would say that they were wrong. AKM just was defending what was said. When Alex posted the SECOND e-mail that showed confirmation numbers to show that he did infact make an effort, suddenly it offended GotSky and he started threatening or defending himself. Showing he was wrong made him defensive. Count the good posts, now count the bad posts. . . no count the number usernames that posted the bad posts. . .

Alex I say that you are doing a great job! Remember some people just want something for nothing and if they can't get it to work it must be defective!
