Hercmate - Yep, I reckon you're right. Keep it light. I wish now I'd cut lightening holes in everything when I built it. I did toy with the idea but mistakenly thought "they" must know what they're doing!

Kris1 is right, for what I'd spend on a YS I could buy a ready built Xtreme Lite and use my SC 53 in it!

I'm tempted to try the MDS .58 with an Irvine carb' because the Ripmax team DID prop hang them on this motor, and they were kit built jobs too. That MDS is one powerful motor but with hopeless carburation. So maybe that's the answer.

It's all becoming very confusing :-))
