RE: Seacruiser II
If you are inclined toward building from plans, Model Aviation still sells plan #314 (a coincidence? I think not) for Ken Willard's 3-channel Drake II, $14. There is little question that the Drake II was the inspiration for the Sea Cruiser. The main differences seem to be less dihedral with ailerons, semi-symmetrical airfoil and a slight "V" to the hull.
