I considered modifing it to electric ducted fan. I have never done a DF project and I am told if it is not ducted and plumed perfect it won't fly. If I wasn't worried about screwing up a perfectly good airplane I would do it in a second. The plane is built very light so it is a good candidate. It was not glassed like they recomend it was smoothed with light weight putty and painted. very light but not as durable.


What would it take to go Eletric DF (brushless of course). If I make the jump to electric I want to get away from a prop all together and electric DF would be my first choice since styrofoam airframes and turbines aren't the best combo
