Several important comments have been made thus far.

1) John made a great point. This is an aerobat. Use one servo for each aileron. There is plenty room to mount your favorite brand in each wing half.

2) John is also correct. You don't have to have the flaps for fun, or for landing. But they sure are a real nice extra for additional fun in an already exciting aircraft.

3) Engine, engine, engine. You do want power and performance. It really helps not having to fly at full throttle all the time - to get that good upline, or that outside loop, etc.

4) My apologies for not being complete with the first posted reply. The URL for Howard Sullivan's web site is http://webpages.charter.net/rcfu/. This is a great site for kit reviews.

5) Smoke is awesome on the Chippie. You can get really decent smoke with OS 0.91 FS (it's magnificent with the YS engines!) and the TME Simple Smoke System II. Little weight penalty and PLENTY of spacious room inside to mount the pump and tank over the CG!!

FCC, you're gonna love this plane!
