What if you put two compresed air topedos on each side of the hull of a sub and you dive down and pull up at an angle and blast out of the water i think it is possible if you had a small sub mening at least 1 and a half of a foot or with a big sub more than two you could get some air maybe getting the rudder out of the water you would have to releas a lot of waight before you jumb though tell me what you think.
