Ya, I guess you could call them a sort of plan. But definetly not anything "ready-to-go" to build an r/c model.
The outline and a few cross-sections are a great documentation source to start with, but believe me, there's tons of work involved putting in:
- all the internal structural parts
- landing gear stuff
- all those wing ribs every 3-4 inches or so.
- work out the balance
- working out removable wings
- etc, etc, etc.
Literally tons of hours of Auto Cad work taking a 3 view into full blown r/c plans!
That's why, I personally don't think they would classify as r/c plans.
