low needle is too rich. Do you also have raw fuel coming out of the exhaust ?? or puddles of oil/fuel residue ? Try leaning the low needle and see if that'll fix it. Don't lean it too much tho till you have broken in the engine, just enough to keep it running w/o glow driver...
