Thanks for the advice. Flyer 1, what servo recommendations, battery size, motor, receiver, and ESC do you reccommend for the big tiger moth 400.
I'd go with the motor I linked to above (inexpensive, and come with a GWS mount). It's a simple straightforward drop-in replacement.
The Castle Creations Thunderbird 18 would be a perfect ESC to match.
Hi-Tec HS-55 servos would likely be my first choice, and I'd recommend a 2-cell LiPo battery of at least 1250 mah for power. You'cd go with 3 cells, but the additional power isn't really needed for close-in aerobatics (and they're more expensive to boot).
I'm also a big fan of the Castle Creations Berg Microstamp 4L receivers - they've got full range unlike many of the tiny receivers and are practically glitch-proof. I've had 6 of them with nary a single problem.
