Natch, Thanks for the input. My only comment on going easy on the throttle was so I could fly with the Mega motor while waiting for the extra spars to show up..
So I got the Package... MEGA 16/15/3 , PHX-45 ESC, 5x5 Carbon spoons, running off 8 Cell 1800mah NiMH for now.. Will order a couple of APC's and see how they go.
Also bought a second battery and Three Spars to put in. So far I uninstalled the standard brushed motor and ESC, soldered up the Mega and ESC just to see if I hooked it up correct. Works great.. Now I have to get the extra spars in and finsih installing the Mega and ESC.. Can't wait to try it.. It seems to really put out a lot more power (on the bench at least). Thanks for everyone's input.. Hopefully if I get out of work on time I can squeeze a flight in tonight before it gets dark.
