By the sound of it, almost any hull of about the right length/size should 'do' you. Depending on the time you have available, you might think about building something along the lines you need. Not really that difficult, but it does take time. I would also think that something along the lines of a 'work' boat, or maybe a freighter would be of more use than some sort of 'go fast' thingy? Lots of possibilities, no idea which would be preferable to you. Good luck.
