I have had plans for the PHM since 1999-2000
And have struggled with jet pumps ever since.
Four years ago Takahashi Yoichi published his JSDF Missle Patrol Hydrofoil, and I have been chasing him ever since.

One thing I notice with that boat as opposed with this build up is the one in the last link that worked, has an exaggerated intake area, one thing he might want to consider, being he's using twin jets and his looks completely scale. Maybe it cannot be that way.
