RE: Rudder dried a little off center
Don't worry about it. In the off chance you happen to notice anything, you'll probably be able to trim it out. I've errantly taped one up and woke to find I had made a slightly offset stab, by about 1/16th. Mine wasn't even perfectly square to the horizontal stab, but it flew fine. I pushed two clicks of left rudder trim in and never thought about it again.
