Default RE: shells???

All these posts and nobody's mentioned Tamiya?

For a start, Tamiya shells are inexpensive, and the best around. Sure with a Yokomo you get mufflers and stuff, which makes them expensive. But the stickers you get with a Tamiya body are far better, the moulds are the most detailed around and of the highest quality.

HPI bodies are poor, out of prooportion and lack detail. They are great for a beginer as they are cheap. But you'll struggle to make one look good, as you'll need to put the details on yourself.

So, if you want it to look poor, HPI is your best bet.

Get a Tamiya.

Chris.
