Which Wren are you installing? i had a Starfire what seamed like forever ago with an OS91, loved the way it flew but didn't think the airframe could handle much more then the 91 put out so a 54 would be pushing it i'd think and the 54ss would defiantly be asking for trouble

So I guess the Starfires with the Ram 1000's, P-120's, P-80's and P-70's were all flying on borrowed time.....

Aquaskiman, you'll be fine--provided the airframe is still ship-shape. I've flown this plane on engines ranging from a Simjet 1200 to a Ram 1000. The airframes I flew on turbine power were all built bone-stock with plug-in wings. Good luck!
