RE: Cellpro 4s Balancing Charger
I use my Cellpro with a "start" pack. You know, the pack sold as an emergency starter for your car. I charge outside and this allows me to do it without running extension cords as I also have a dedicated power supply. Just be sure it's fully charged before using it. A car battery would be fine. Stay with it during the charge.
