If it leans to the right, then it's probably not a 4 in 1 adjustment. It's probably a servo link or a seperated swash plate. Check those out and see. Your swash (what the servo's connect to) should be completely level. If it goes low to the
right side, then that is why your heli wants to take off that way. You would adjust the level of the swash with the servo links. Make sure the swash is just about centered in it's area that it can move (up and down). Also make sure that the servo arms are just about parallel to the ground. Before you do any of that though, make sure the horizontal trim on the right stick (for mode 2 controllers, the kind we use here in the US) is basically in the middle.
