Anyways check with a multi-meter that they are about 12.6v after a full charge. If they are not, then your charger is not working correctly. Other than that, how long are your packs taking to charge? check to see that there are no shorts. How many flight hours do you have on this heli?
12.6v sounds right...for a 3 cell LiPo. The CX2 uses a 2 cell LiPo and should be around 8.5v or so after a charge.
