Here you go props - this was cover of Feb. 1991 RCM&E if you can't make it out. March '91 also has some construction detail too.

Model was by Dave Chinery (the columnist) to 1/24 scale, with electric powered contra-rotating props, retracts etc. Weight was 5.3 kg with 24 cells, using 4 Astro .035 cobalts.

Apparently it was scaled up off 1/72 drawings from Argus Scale Drawings - about 3 foot span at that scale!!

Hopefully this scanned attatchment works - if you want more details from the articles I will scan them too.

Sounds like there was no plan published/available - construction was pretty complex so doubt there would be many takers anyway.
