You don't have to cut off the clips. The tenders have a polarized inline plug. Go back to the link in my post above and look at the picture. You can see the plug in the upper right. You can probably get a plug at Radio Shack and make one with bananas.
Sorry if I'm missing something here, but don't I have to cut off this plug to attach the bananas?
