Taylor I included a photo of my CD BL motor. They must be re-wound and the magnets must be changed out for much stronger ones. I believe I re-wound mine with somewhere around 22 gauge wire and 11 turns. I swapped out the magnets as the ESC does not work properly with the weak ones at higher speeds. Diagram is included as well.

now what is it a CD drive motor or hard drive motor ?
