I would like some details as well. I am relocating back home to Jersey over the summer (after Joe Nall
) and will be looking for a new place to fly. I checked out the Raritan Valley park off 202 last June while I was home visiting and wasnt real impressed. There were a bunch of guys flying, but were not real informative nor very friendly. I asked a bunch of questions and tried starting conversation, but half didnt respond and the ones that did, were very short in their response. It remeinded me of a high school clique! I just dont understand some people. We all love the same thing, so whats with the attitudes? And no you cant use "but I'm from Jersey" as an excuse!
I would hope the club you are starting will have a differnet attitude towards visitors and potential new club members.
