I know that this question has been asked a million times. I'm building a Great Planes RV-4 kit and covering with maroon and copper Monocoat .Would it be safe to go to Home Depot/Lowes to get a color paint match? I've herd stories of people using regular house paint and then spraying on clear coat to seal it and make the house paint safe from glow fuel. If so what kind of paint should I get? If this is a bad idea and my model will look rotten what options do I have?
