Welcome---You are now familiar with the infamous DA50 mid-range burble!!! Keep leaning the low end until the engine hesitates or quits when you slam the throttle forward---Then richen the engine until the engine transitions smoothly....Remember---As you lean the low end the high end will be affected to a small degree. So, as you lean the low end you should richen up the high end a tick at a time. Make all of your adjustments in VERY small increments....I've been known to take a couple of hours to dial an engine in---It will be worth it in the long run!!
