I think he gives all of the equipment sources at the end of the video. The only tricky part is the head tracker, and I am pretty sure the one he uses in that video is commecially available. The big forum for video like this is RCGroups. The same guy has a lot of other videos out there, he has one traversing a F1 track that is neat.
