RE: Tamiya TT01 Vs. Himoto Nascada (Cheap Drift Electric)
My Review of the himoto on road electric car Nascada
i got it on April 14 2007
Stock battery leaked the first time i charged it with a charger provided by himoto
The receiver is working fine for me, never had any problems.
Remote is a 1000% garbage. Cheaply made, looses frequency. I use HPI remote
motor and esc were replace the moment i got this car :-) as you can see i prefer Team Orion 8 turn double motor.
I broke my Steering Arm #02014 and replaced it with part# 02131 Aluminum Steering arm from [link=http://rufaster.com/tsunami/tsunamipartsdescription.html]http://rufaster.com/tsunami/tsunamipartsdescription.html[/link] i also replaced plastic Door Type Mounts with Aluminum Door Type Mounts part #02132. those guys are out of 02130 Aluminum rear axle holder, however, i had no problem getting it of ebay.
in this car i use 75 teeth spur and 16 teeth pinion 42 pitch.
ball bearings are always a plus
today my friend (DADROP) got tt01 He needs to assemble it probably by tomorrow we'll see more reviews in this forum
