I have a himoto nascada as well and I love it. I see that you swithched the esc which is a most and also get a good battery if you havent already. When I change the battery the speed difference was crazy. It went from super slow to awesome drifts. Also lock your rear diff. I locked mine with paper and so far so good. For your problem check your remote throttle like dan said. That happende to me with my tt01, i had the throttle control in the remote in reverse and had connected the motor wires backwards. Try that and let me know. Hope this helps and the nascada is an awesome car for the price my himoto outdrifts my tt01 by alot. So dont worry is probably something simple.
