You need to resize your pics. I use [link=http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/]Easythumbnails[/link] free program. It`s easy to use , resize your pics to 640x480.
To upload click upload at bottom of post , Browse to your thumbnail pic , highlite and click open, should start your upload. may take a few minutes depending on your connection speed.
