Thanks for all of the replies. At this point I took it back to the LHS and tomorrow I should have some idea what is wrong with it. When I took it tonight, the owner wasn't there and there were just some folks that I had not seen before and they were not in a position to do anything. I will let everyone know what the LHS says.
