Funny you mentioned that. That was the first time using clear monokote for me and I did have a problem sometimes figuring out which was which. They should put some kind of pattern print on the throw away side. I eventually realized that the monokote would always curl around the clear backing so that helped me out a lot.
Although I don't have a headache now, I still feel weak and run down. I'm not sure if I can still attribute it to the fumes, but I'm not normally a pretty energetic guy.
