Mario,

The balance point is 3.80 inches behind the Leading Edge; measured at the fuselage.

The Manual only says that the model "should hang slightly nose down at this point."

There is also an Update that says, "In the case of the Glasair, sudden and excessive up elevator may cause it to snap roll." "..... until you are comfortable flying the Glasair, you may want to limit up-elevator travel to no more than 3/8" instead of the 1/2" as called for on page five of the assembly instructions."
