Your swashplate is a two piece gadget. It can separate. Maybe that's what happened?
Sometimes just shaping the two halves back together will fix it, but if it separated once it will do it again. They don't all have the problem (mine has never been a problem). The swash can be stuck back together with a little CA glue, but BE CAREFUL. You don't want to glue a bunch of stuff together that has to move when you fly. And of course there are the CNC swashplates.
