I am one of the guys that posted about poor customer service and I still stand by that. The planes are very nice looking and built well in the opinion of builders from my club that have been in this game for 40yrs+. The one piece of advice they just gave me was buy the planes and replace the hardware and rods. The directions are not good either so don’t trust them 100%. You need to make building judgment calls that might take some skill beyond yours. Do you know a builder or club in your area that can assist you? Lastly, I have the Low wing trainer from Nitromodels and it is real well made but the directions suck. I being a newbie was disappointed. Now I know what to expect next time I buy from them. And yes I will buy from them again the prices are half that of the other companies. Realize that the reason the prices are so cheap is because the directions suck. To have directions documented professionally and flawlessly it costs a fortune. That is why other company’s planes are twice as much! By the way these words are not my conclusions.
