PapaST it looks right, but you have way too much negative pitch at 0% throttle. It could be slightly different dimensions of the servos and/or CNC swash.

Here's what I would do. Disconnect the motor wires at least to the main, but preferably both. Turn on the Tx and go to Idle-Up. Put the throttle to 50% (mid-stick). At this point the pitch should be exactly 0º. If not then it's time to start adjusting. I'd try screwing down the servo linkage links first. That should do it I hope. If you need more positive pitch to get to 0º then you may have to go to the pitch links. If you do this just remember to turn off Idle-Up.
