I'm not usually into personal endorsements, but when someone get it right, everyone should know about it. There are other successful parts out there and we all have our favorites, but for me, these work. No more broken skids and a good working and good looking tail boom assembly. Jamie at Boomtown Hobbies got it right with the Superskids and Carbon Tail. The only change I made was installing my tail fin with the long end up rather than down. I kept getting hooked on stuff when it was pointed down and I was flying backwards.
The only outlet I know of is through ebay. In the BUY box, type in Blade CX Carbon Fiber Boom. This morning it took me directly to the Boomtown Hobbies ebay ad. $26 is the price. Delivery is fast.
Anything you can do to reduce weight and drag is going to make the CX/2 work better / longer.
