Yes but big blocks will suffer a little in rpm,s. You can have a small block motor be much quicker than a big block but a big block will have more torque. There are small blocks that can turn up to around 50,000 rpm's. Most small blocks are in the upper 30'000 rpm,s. It all depends on what you are going to use them for. If you want brutal torque for a larger truck then use a big block.
