The only things I question are the plastic diff gears and the super soft suspension, which was an easy "fix".
The plastic diff gears like to melt when you run a Mamba 5700kv system... They didn't last five minutes...

Since I can't find any differential upgrades anywhere, I'm debating going to a local machine shop that makes custom gearsets to see if they could hook me up with something...

Considering those five minutes were the only time I actually had the car running, I can't form much of an opinion about it. I have a V1 with the factory V2 upgrades.

The gears are not the issue. THe diff might be a touch loose, even if your diff is a little too loose you can get the STEEL OUTDRIVE upgrade which will dissipate the heat much better and not melt ANYTHING! Stormerhobbies.com and amainhobbies.com both have them in stock. Here are the links to both.
