Default Making an Eppler 423 airfoil out of fanfold

Hey guys. I'm using the foamfly.com wing jig, but I want to use my own airfoil, an Eppler 423. Heres the picture...

Do I just cut the airfoil flat at the "0" line, or connect the leading to the trailing edge and use that as the flat bottom of the template? This is a little different since this is a fanfold wing instead of a foam core.

The bottom of the template has to be flat to use the jig. So I can only use the top of the airfoil, and not the bottom. How can I make this work?

For those not familiar, the thin piece of 1/4" foam has to be formed over the template, and then the whole assembly baked in the oven to harden the foam.

Thanks!
